The bush hogging operation can be done year round and it is possible for almost every terrain. Usually, February to April are the wettest months and if you are going to get stuck, it is then. Unless it is absolutely necessary, we would normally refrain cutting wet areas at this time of year.
When calling to discuss your plans, please try to explain your vision so we can share it with you. It is possible to quote over the phone and the hourly billing does help. An estimate and a cut can be done at the same time to fit your budget.
